With a background overseeing high-stakes communications for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), I understand how to position assets with precision, discretion, and impact. I don’t simply list homes—I craft stories that define their value in the marketplace.
 
This strategic foundation is paired with my own professional media production studio. As a member of the Castle Rock Artist Alliance and a professional videographer, I personally oversee the creation of editorial-quality photography and cinematic film. Each property is presented with intention—designed to create an emotional connection and attract discerning buyers long before the first showing.
 
My commitment to Castle Rock extends well beyond real estate. I have played an active role in shaping the community itself, serving as a Public Works Commissioner for two years and graduating from the Castle Rock Your Town Academy. This insider understanding of infrastructure, planning, and future development allows my clients to make informed, confident investment decisions. I am also proud to have served as the Veterans Service Officer for American Legion Post 1187 in Castle Rock.
